Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the cut green beans and boil for about 3 minutes, until the beans show the first sign of softening.
Drain the green beans then add to a bowl of cold water with ice to stop the cooking. Once fully cool, drain again, dry, and add to a large mixing bowl.
To the bowl, add the drained kidney and garbanzo beans and the diced red onion.
In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, add the oil, vinegar, honey, herbs, and salt + pepper. Stir well to incorporate the honey. Then, pour over the bean mixture and combine everything thoroughly.
Ideally, wait a few hours before enjoying to let the flavors mix together. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
