Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares (No Bake)

If you’re searching for an easy, no bake sweet treat, look no further! These Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares have only four simple ingredients and are the perfect late afternoon snack or dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter natural
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter natural

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, and honey.
  • Transfer the oat mixture to the loaf pan and flatten evenly on the bottom of the pan.
  • Add the chocolate chips and 1 tbsp peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds at a time.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into the pan and spread evenly to coat the top of the bars.
  • Place the pan in the freezer until the chocolate hardens (about one hour). Lift the bars out of the pan with the parchment paper and cut into squares. Enjoy!

Notes

Store in the freezer and take out 10 minutes before enjoying.
