This almond flour chocolate chip muffin recipe is as simple as it gets. Made with almond flour, coconut oil, and maple syrup these muffins are paleo friendly and a crowd pleaser!

- 2 cups almond flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350° and prepare your muffin tin with oil or paper cups.
Combine the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips
Pour batter into muffin tin and bake for about 15 minutes. Let them cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
